David Kolb emphasizes that individuals base their learning on personal experiences, with each person having a unique learning style. This systematic review examines studies conducted in Turkey utilizing Kolb’s Experiential Learning Model. A total of 214 studies from 2002 to 2025 were analyzed, sourced from databases like Google Scholar, Pubmed, and the National Thesis Center using relevant keywords. Most studies were conducted in the fields of education and descriptive sciences, with limited research in the health sector. The samples largely comprised primary school students and teacher candidates, while health-related studies primarily focused on students. Positive outcomes were frequently reported across studies. The findings highlight the potential significance of incorporating Kolb’s model into health education programs that blend theoretical and practical learning.
