IELN – SET OF COMPETENCES FOR EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING TRAINERS & YOUTH LEADERS
After the physical implementation of the training course in Estonia between 29th May 2022 – 5th of June 2022, virtual task forces are created to finalize the produced tools and give the last shape to the Leadership Training Guideline which we call as “Set of Competences for Youth Leaders/Trainers”.
We hope this set of competences framework will be beneficial in wider-scale!
