Ms. Dinç has bachelor degree in Marmara University; Political Science and International Relations department. She is responsible of Youth Work & Projects in Istanbul Culture and Sport Association. She is former licensed volleyball player for 10 years and played in Eskişehir DSİ Sports Club in regional league.
She is in charge of delivering trainings and workshops in the context of project cycle management, social inclusion, peer to peer learning, minority rights, intercultural learning by using non-formal learning methods among the youngsters between 18 – 30 years old. She is actively taking part in facilitating learning process of individuals in Erasmus+ projects through various KA1, KA2 and Sport mobilities. She has experience as trainer/facilitator/organizer since 4 years. She has coordinated various long-term projects which are funded under Erasmus+ Program.

Besides these international projects, she has been board member of Experiential Training Club in Marmara University for 3 years. She has conducted Experiential Trainings for university students between 18-23 years old. She has coordinated and taken parts in various local social responsiblity projects such as "Where Do You Stand?" project which focus on creating open space for refugee kids and local community to ensure the social cohesion. She has experience on soft skills development of refugee kids between 9-14 years old. She has intense experience on volunteering management.
She is one of the certificated trainers of International Experiential Learning Network (IELN).
