Mustafa Erdogan; experiential learning specialist, trainer, youth worker, founder of DeM Experiential Training Center in Turkey and has more than 10 years of experience in the field of civil society. He has a bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature and a masters degree in NGO Management & Social Projects. He completed Experiential Learning Certification Program of USA Institute for Experiential Learning delivered by David Kolb, Alice Kolb, Kay Peterson and Chris Kayes held by USA Institute for Experiential Learning. Mr. Erdogan, who has been working as a trainer and program designer in numerous training projects in Turkey, Europe and MENA regions, has expertise on Learning Management, NGO Management and Experiential Learning Design. He has been working as a trainer in pool of Turkish National Agency since 2006. He is one of the founders of IELN International Experiential Learning Network and his works are mainly focused on Experiential Learning and Critical Pedagogy.
